Our Mission is to provide our members with the strength and conditioning needed to better their lifestyles and improve everyday function and mobility. It is our goal to provide the very best training consistent with CrossFit programming to optimize performance and fitness. Bionic CrossFit offers a distinct style of fitness training, pulling from multiple schools of training philosophies and modalities. The purpose of CrossFit is to provide the greatest, healthiest, and most efficient results possible. The training will be extremely challenging, unique, and creative in ways that sparks inspiration for our athletes. When the athletes are finished each session, they will learn something about themselves and feel invigorated, seeing how much they can truly accomplish when driven. The training at BIONIC CrossFit develop strength physically and mentally for each athlete. We believe that strengthening one’s body and mind allows a person to reach their fullest potential in all aspects of life.

Here at Bionic CrossFit we provide the best coaching and programming for all fitness levels. Our coaches have a wide variety of experience in fitness education and competition. We strive to create a fun, family atmosphere with a sense of competitiveness to challenge you physically and mentally. Everything we do here at Bionic CrossFit is changing the status quo. We believe in thinking differently. We accomplish this by having simple, creative and effective programming that is instructed by our great coaching staff. Our programming is designed to target your endurance, stamina, agility, balance, coordination, power, accuracy, strength, flexibility and speed.
